PINK MARTINI

It was such an honor to perform with my all time favorite band, Pink Martini, for two consecutive nights. I was thrilled to receive an invitation from their manager to share the stage with them while I was in my last year at Berklee College of Music. I was more thrilled when they asked me to join their signing as well.

Boston Stands with Immigrants

Boston #StandsWithImmigrants is a public art display project created by the talented Eric Jacobs. I was honored to be selected among 18 unique immigrants, including the world famous cellist Yo Yo Ma and Boston Red Sox baseball player David Ortiz, for this art project to bring awareness to the diversity and success that immigrants can achieve.

Suitcase Stories

"After the war broke out in Syria, did I realize, that what I really loved the most is music. And this is the only thing that no one can take away from me."

I was proud and honored to be a part of the nation's very first Syria Fest, which took place in Washington, D.C., in August 2017. Bringing together people from all over the world, the mission of Syria Fest is to introduce people to the lively culture, delicious foods, and long-standing traditions of Syria.

Songs for Syria

In order to raise awareness and money for the Syrians in refugee camps I organized a fundraiser concert, "Songs for Syria," at Berklee College of Music. All proceeds made went towards the Karam Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a better future for Syria.
